This asbestos-free fiberglass fabric has been designed as a medium weight fabric suitable for hielding against sparks, spatter and light slag. This material should be oriented as a curtain or draped downward to allow for hot metal roll off. This material should not be used to catch and hold molten slag. LEWCO has available other fabrics to catch and hold molten slag.
